2 quick questions?

Do they have blow dryers in the cabin? And irons are they available ont he ship at all?

there are blowdyers in all the cabins, but the irons are in the laundry room and can only be used in the laundry room for safety reasons,

Blow dryers, yes, and I really liked it. Irons, yes, but the ironing board is the tabletop kind, and there is only one for hundreds of people to share. We never had a problem because we ironed when we thought everyone else would be busy, but I wouldn't want to count on it.

although the rooms have blow dryers, i just didn't think they had the power that mine did, and I am really glad that I took my along. of course this is a personal preference for me...

I only ironed the front and collar of my DH's shirt! The line was getting long and he never takes off is jacket. Hey, I was on vacation!

I, too, took my own dryer. The one on the ship is definately not powerful enough. You have to plug it in by the desk. It wouldn't work in the bathroom for us.

The blow dryers definitely take a LONG time, especially with long hair! I don't like to drag mine along, so I usually end up walking around the ship with my hair damp most of the time.
