2 quick questions re: grocery deliveries & split stay

Hi! We have a trip planned late August - split stay between Poly and Riv. Do you know what the current status is for moving luggage between resorts? Is that service still available? Also, if we wanted to do grocery delivery (prime now), how is that working now - any changes?

We stayed BWV and Poly 6/28-7/5 and they did move our luggage and we also got a Prime Now grocery delivery and it worked exactly the same as before except they didn't charge us to bring it to the room.
