I ahve 2 questions that if anyone has the answers for, I would greatly appreciate it!

The 1st one is regarding tose voucher things. Is there only the one kind you can get for $11.25(I think that's what I read somewhere.)? The reason that I'm asking is because I looked on Ebay and some of the auctions they were featured in were going for much more than that in the auction. Do you think it's because some people are willing to pay more now just to have them and then their meals are taken care of for when they go as well? Just wondering.

Also, does anyone know if that Belz outlet or the Super wal-mart have Disneyworld photo albums cheaperthan at WDW?

Thanks!

What's the difference between these"Vacation Kingdom" tickets and the "Quick & Casual" Sorry I have so many questions!!

Thanks!

There are three maybe four kinds of vouchers from connections. Quick and casual for counter service 11.25 these are the ones that go fo r so much more than they are worth on e-bay.
The vacation kingdom lunch vouchers are somewhere around 30+ for adult and are good in select sit down restaurants. Dependingon where and what you order they may be a good value.
The feature breakfast are for full service or character buffet places. I have not purchased these in a while so I don't remember how much they are now.
Rumor has it they are going to sell dinner vouchers, but if the rumored 62.50 is correct you'd be hard presed to find value in those!
Everything is available form Connections a "dealpass" co. You can join for a $1.00 trial and then pay the fee they charge for the year (other plans are available as well). If you do not cancel they will renew at the "then " current (elevated) price. I believe they have a 40 of each voucher limit per year.

Not to burst your bubble but we can't order then in Canada.
Unless you have a mailing address in Detroit....keep your eye on the Canadian board, I'm going to do something there in a few weeks regarding vouchers.

We picked up some 2002 photo albums at Belz in April. They were only about $5, but had the year 2002 on them.

Ma..have you tried to join connections through Lillian Vernon? Or is there some rule you can't buy vouchers if you are Canadian?

DMRick- No, I haven't try Lillian Vernon's yet.....But I know Connections won't SHIP them to Canada (or anywhere out of the US). But a Dis buddy has agreed to have them shipped to her place in the US & then forward them on to me. Isn't that so sweet of her to do that !!!:D
So if LV, ships them out then maybe I have a chance, but I'm not getting my hopes up for that one 'cuz prior to this board I've never even hear of Lillian Vernon before.

Who's Lillian Vernon? Can you get the vouchers through her at cost? I have a friend in the US who I wanted to use to order the vouchers but he's a bit of a scatterbrain ... so I'm not confident that I'd actually get the passes or that he'd even remember to cancel the trial membership. :p

From what I understand, Lillian Vernon is a mail order cataloge store (see that's why Canadians have never heard of LV).
There's a few threads going on the budget board, that suggest it's better to get your membership thru LV , and then once you've sign up there (LV) you can order your connections vouchers online vs. trying to deal with them on the phone. LV also only charges 8.50 a month- with the first month free. So it sort of takes the pressure off, if you don't cancel in 30 days you'll be charge each month till you cancel.

I thought if LV shipped to Canada, and connections sent them thru LV ( not out directly from connection) then I wouldn't need my friend to get then for me. Clear as mud now?

Thanks Wendy! I'm going to look into that later today... Sounds a lot better than me bothering my friend every few days asking about the vouchers, whether he ordered them, when he's going to give them to me... etc.
