When they have 2 hours extra for deluxe guests I’m assuming we will need park hoppers If have a park reservation at epcott but see extra hours at HS.
or can any deluxe guests come in that had any park reservation that day?

also can u make dining reservations online for 11 people?
Should I get 2 groups or do I have to call.

You have to have a park reservation for the same day or a park hopper. Evening hours are only at MK and EP right now. No HS or AK

Break up your party to 6 and 5 for dining reservations.
We had to break up our party of 7 into 4 and 3. Got dining times near each other. When checking in, they never had any difficulty combining our party into one table. Though 11 may require 2 tables near each other.
