I'm seriously planning to take some scrapbooking onboard with me (a joy to me, scrapbooking in peace!), but it will be in a rolling tote (along with swimsuits and other daybag things) so 9yo DD can manage it while I handle the other DD in a stroller/WC. Is that kosher w/ DCL?

and...is there somewhere I can go outside of the stateroom to scrapbook? Is there a quiet lounge somewhere? I don't bring the kitchen sink and I don't take up a lot of room, but I would like to have a view if at all possible!

There are a few tables here & there and there are some in the lounges. If you scrapbook like me, the tables aren't big enough to scrapbook on (I easily fill up a 5 ft table and then some), but that is just me. You'll probably be okay.
