2 Questions regarding moderates

Are there any moderates that have balconies that you can sit on? Also, for the CSR, I want to have a view of the lake, what room should I be asking for? Is the view worth the room? Or is there a better room in general we should ask for?

Moderates do not have private balconies. Your room door leads right out to the walkway, your window also faces the walkway.
