2 questions: City Walk & Annual Pass

1) Is there an annual pass for City Walk?

2) If I buy an annual pass (restricted) for my sister and husband and have it avilable at will call, how do they pick it up if I bought it? i.e. will my name be the one on it or can I have it as their names?

(2)I believe they will have a voucher and that voucher will have to be used/activated by them. It shouldn't matter who buys it.
