2 questions-anyone ever use "tripcentral.ca" and what the heck is DING??

Okay-first question is, has anyone ever booked through tripcentral.ca? I have just started seeing the ads on TV and was wondering if there are any major issues with them?
Second question..what the heck is "DING"??? I see it in lots of thread titles but have no idea what it is--anyone willing to give me the lowdown?!

1) Trip central....no, haven't used it.

2) DING....obsessed with it. It's a program that you can download onto your computer. It's a Southwest airline savings program. Most days, sometimes even twice a day, they send out fantastic savings on flights. You only have a limited time to book (hours...sometimes minutes if you get in there late!!). When you put it on your computer it asked for an American zip code. I used 90210! Good luck. DING has let me make three last minute trips that I never would have/or afforded in the past. Three cheers to Southwest! Oh...I forgot to look where you live. SW flies out of Buffalo, NY...Albany, NY...Detroit, MI....I believe Seattle, WA.....etc. etc.

(Use the zip code of the airport you would fly out of if you were to fly Southwest. This way you would get the announcements of flights that are most likely to interest you.)
