sounds like a lot of fun w/Leanne and family...

Sun May 17th

Bright sun greeted us Sunday morning. Had to wake the girls up. This was a first. They are usually up very early. Jeff was a little grumpy about the waking but quickly got over it. Made it to the bus stop and arrived at AK a little after opening-missed the show.

We made our way to the Safari and waited about 15-20 min-not bad. Here are some of the pics

It was a really fun ride and the girls really enjoyed seeing all the animals Avery and I then made our way to Kali River Rapids-Cayley was too short by an inch or so. Avery got soaked-I mean wring the water out of her clothes soaked. Luckily I had a spare outfit. Cayley and Jeff saw bats while we were gone. We had lunch at Flame Tree-sorry no pics. It was pretty good-no bird stories.

We also stopped to buy some pins. Jeff is offically a pin tradng machine! We were now ready to head to Epcot for the MMM We said goodbye to this guy and went to catch the Epcot bus.

Yay an update and a good one too! Lindsey and Joe did Kali. Joe got soaked this time... Great safari pics...we must not have been too far apart cause the animals are in similar locations.

Owen LOVED Triceratop spin- we went on it 3 times... Did you go in the Dino Dig play area?? That was so cute in there. My boys could have just gone there and would have been happy!

When Avery and Jeff went on Dinosaur the 2nd time we went Cayley and I rode it 3 times in a row...We missed the Dino play area. Next time for sure! Thanks.

I love your Safari and AK pics! That is great that Jeff got into the pins. I noticed at Epcot Thursday that he was wearing a lanyard. I would stay away from the boneyard play area. It's hard to keep up with the kids there and also a pain to get them to leave . Looking forward to hearing all about the meet I missed.
