2 Poohs & a Piglet: Taking on the World from a Fluffy Point of View: TR starts PG 7

popcorn:: Subbing!

Your dates are really close to our dates, so I'm excited to see your plans too! I'm really excited about eating across The World at F&W and seeing MNSSHP for the 2nd time.

Just think - we are incredibly close to the dates!! :dance3:

Yay!! We're almost there girl!

I know, I can't wait to hit up the booths at F&W. Did you see Josh posted the pics of the menus with prices and DDP over on easywdw.com ?

We tried for 3 years to get pregnant, and in July they told us we were going to have to go through IVF to get pregnant and VOILA! I got pregnant that exact week on our own. Funny how things work out.

Do we get to see pictures of your little one or do we have to wait until the adoption is finalized?

Amazing!

No, can't post any pics yet. :sad2: We've had her since birth and it's been soooo hard not to put pics on Facebook over the past year :lmao:

But come Oct 11 the pics will roll!! :thumbsup2

No, I did NOT! I have been obsessively checking the Disney Food Blog, but it looks like EasyWDW has the prices for everything, so that's going to take up part of my day today for SURE :rolleyes1

Finally picked a costume for our little Princess to wear at MNSSHP. Have I mentioned we're going Halloween night? Yeah....we're crazy! :scared1:

There's been alot of debate on what to dress her as. I had heard to make it something light because it would probably be warm. But then suddenly people were telling me it would be "cool" so we have finally chosen something that hopefully will keep her warm but not give her heat stroke.

She was Tink last year and that would have been perfect for this year but I don't wanna dress her the same two years in a row.

Anywho, here it is, isn't it adorbs?!

Will go buy it this weekend :wizard:

UP NEXT Planning: Arrival Day!

That is seriously adorable! :cutie:

Are ya'll going to MSSHP? If so, which night?

Shhhhhh! :ssst: Don't tell anyone but we're not going to MNSSHP. My dh didn't like it at all last time and really was adamant that we not go this time. I thought that it was great. :confused3 He says it was too hard to see and maneuver in the dark. He has CP and is blind as a bat so I gave in and said ok. Unfortunately this was the only thing he had any opinion on. So I miss out.

I figure the money we save on not going I can buy myself a really nice souvenir. There were a few things in the China Pavillion at Epcot that called my name from last time. :thumbsup2

::MinnieMo Me (Julie) ::MickeyMo dh :yoda: dd1 (biggest tomboy ever) and princess: dd2 (biggest girlie girl ever)

We've never made it to a rope drop either! My DH likes to sleep in during any vacation. I'm kinda hoping we can make it this time, but we will see. If you make it, take TONS of pictures!

BOOOOO!

:lmao:

Have a great day ya'll!

totally subbing can't wait to read more.

CONGRATULATIONS on the adoption!!!!

My dh just recently adopted my oldest son who is from a previous relationship, and no it is not the same but I understand the hoops people have to jump through.

I am Pooh sized myself and was sooooo scared :scared1: last year when we finally made our first trip to the house of mouse, but was pleasantly surprised . I poured over trip reports and forums before last year but was so happy when I had no issues on any ride I tried to ride. My only embarrassment was the "belt extender" on KR @ AK.

I knew to expect to mot be able to ride some things at USF/IOA. But after not being able to fit on HPAFJ, I vowed that next trip I will get three clicks.
So now that I am on the 3 click diet I am loosing weight (45lbs so far). I have a long ways to go but I have almost a year to go before we head back to Disney and Harry Potter so I have hope.

Have a magical time. I will be :surfweb: watching for updates.

Thanks for following along! Congrats on your weight loss, that's great! :thumbsup2

Yes, adoption is a very beautiful thing. And after a year long legal battle we're ready for it to finally be over. :goodvibes

Okay so I've been working on trying to get our first day scheduled for a while now. We don't have much going on that day but we're still short on time so hoping things go well...

7:30am- Drop furbabies off at doggy spa then immediately head towards Austin.

1:30ish- Check into airport and grab some lunch

3:10pm- Plane leaves for Orlando! :cool1:

6:40pm- Touchdown at MCO, quick restroom break, then book it down to Magical Express.

8:15pm- Check in at Pop (hopefully...I know thats cutting it close), drops bags off in room then immediately take cab over to Contemporary. Find boat launch over to Fort Wilderness.

9:45pm- Check in for Haunted Carriage Ride at FW

10:30pmish- Stumble outta Sleepy Hollow (hopefully still with our heads :scared1:) and over to boat launch to Wilderness Lodge. Grab food at Roaring Fork then take a cab back to Pop.

OMG we're going to be soooo tired. I hate having so much crammed into our first night but it was the only carriage ride opening during our stay. I think we'll be okay though, we've always gone to the parks on arrival day, in fact it's usually a party! :woohoo:

I am however worried about Boo. I'm worried how she will do on the flight and I'm worried this is waaaay too much action in one day for her. Oh and she normally goes to bed at 8pm. So we'll see. Hopefully she'll sleep some during the day and not be such a bear. :headache:

UP NEXT

GET OUT YOUR KLEENEX

Those are great plans and I hope they all work out with Boo getting some sleeping during the day and everything.

The carriage ride sounds like so much fun!

I'm so excited about the carriage ride! We've never been before. I think we're going to watch Sleepy Hollow the night before too :scared1:
