2 or 3 room rental home around Universal Studios on a budget?

Hello everyone, I've been looking at different options for hotels and I'm coming to a conclusion a rental home might be better. All I find are ones around Disney though and I need around Universal if possible. I'm also looking at just two nights 8/13-8/15. Are there any around there and would it be possible to find one for around $100 a night or less? Thank you.

There are no rental homes around Universal. It's in Orange County and they don't allow short term rentals. That's why there's so many in Kissimmee which is in Osceola County. Vista Cay is on Universal Blvd and only a couple of miles from Universal but it's condos/townhouses and not pool homes.
Most private condo/townhouse rentals will cost you an additional cleaning fee along with the rent when you stay less than a week or 5 days.
