2 nights at the Contemporary (SoG) and 4 nights at the Dolphin

we returned last night (after a 3 hour delay) from our week-long vacation. our stay was great....parks are definitely busy, and the weather is HOT and humid

Contemporary we spent 2 nights at the CR in the North Garden Wing as a result of the SoG expansion. We enjoyed it there--the decor didn't have an effect on us one way or the other, we loved the layout of the room. very large, even with a crib. our room was 7118--first floor, near the pool with a view of the lake. it was great being near all the other eligible military families--so friendly

Dolphin there's not a lot I can say about the Dolphin that hasn't been said before. we love it there, this was our 4th stay in 3 years...our room was 6084, with a view of the ToT, hat, and the resort area. housekeeping was great, pool was cold, and we crossed a picket line after our breakfast at Chef Mickey's Friday morning...just another week at Disney, LOLOL

we'll be back in 2 months to the Dolphin and can't wait!

Airport Hyatt we also spent a night at the Hyatt after our late arrival flight. that was the best idea of the trip--very eay to pick up baggage and head right upstairs, especially with small children.

Glad to hear you had such a great trip. Dolphin in also one of our fav. resorts, can't wait to be there in about 20 days. I'm surprised the Grotto pool was still cold with all the heat they've had. Was it refreshingly cool, or too cold?

You said there were crowds. Were they manageable with early mornings and fastpass, or just out of control regardless?

Glad to hear you had a great trip. We will be at the Dolphin for the first time this Aug and I like reading the trip info of the people that are coming back from the Dolphin. So did you notice any room service trays in the hallways?
