2 night stay for large group??

Okay, I have been put in charge of finding a place to stay for up to 12 people (6 are kids), in Orlando, for 2 nights, to go to the Motocross Championships or something like that, at the Citrus Bowl!! HELP!!!!!

Should we stay at a hotel with separate rooms, are there homes that can be rented for only 2 nights where we could all be together??? This is a challenge. The only requirements I have been given are pool for the kids, bar for the adults.

So, any suggestions??? Thanks in advance.

You may not find a rental home for 2 nights. There will be a lot of extra fee's for such a short stay too. You can check though- I'd try www.vrbo.com or www.orlandovillas.com.

I'd also look into the 3 bedroom units at Cypress Pointe Villas-- usually you can find a good deal on www.hotelkingdom.com. You could possibly get away w/ 2 of these units.

When we take the large group, we stay at the Quality Inn Suites Maingate. They have all suites. 1BR and 2BR with kitchens and living room. They have a great swimming, hot tub area, free breakfast and a complimentary social time in the after noons with free drinks! Theire 2BR can actually sleep ten people or you may wan to go with two 1BR which could sleep six each. They are located at 5876 W. Irlo Bronson Hwy in Kissimmee.
