2 new shops for DtD replacing QuikSilver

Also interesting to note, Terra Nova Construction has filed for a building permit for the former House of Blues area, and the open space north of it (which was designed but never built on when DtD opened in 2001).

Wow! Interesting! I'm glad about the surf shop, since I really liked Quiksilver and found it one of the few stores in DTD where I actually bought something .

What is Terra Nova Construction? Any speculation as to what they may be planning?

They have worked with Lucky Strike Lanes, but there is already one near Disneyland at The Outlets at Orange.

But since they are basically just the construction company, anyone could have hired them....

Here is the exact wording of the permit request (and thanks to SSG, a user at another board) for the info...
