When people look and book for vacations, they want to feel like they are “getting a deal”. Whether it was “free dining” or “discounted rooms” or “buying DVC”. Genie+ has made people feel nickel and dimed already. It gives the idea of “maybe look somewhere else”. Covid happened. People were cooped up and using things like Disney to “look forward to”.
