2 MB orders. Shipping?

We have 2 rooms; therefore, 2 MB orders. One of the rooms is in my name, the other in DS's because they said the room needed a "lead guest". Everything is linked to my MDE account. The MBs belonging to the group in my room came on Dec. 31st. The ones in DSs room still say the order is being personalized. We had both submitted before the due date. Should I trust that they are in the works and just be patient, or should I call and see if there has been a glitch somewhere? We've been planning this trip for over a year, and I'm terrified that here in the last few weeks before we go, it's going to go all crazy!

I know it never hurts to call, but if someone can tell me to either not sweat it, or get on the phone NOW!!!!!, I'd sure appreciate it!

I'd call. I was being patient like you and it kept saying they would ship anytime for weeks. Someone on here said theirs had ended up on hold, so I called and sure enough that had happened to me as well. They released them that day and I had them in 3 days.
