2 free tickets for survery is this for real?

Well, they are not asking for money, or a cc number, so it may be worth a shot.

I am getting a "Page cannot be found" error after copy & paste.

Do you think this is a timeshare deal?

Hmmm we'll have to see! Thanks for the link!

I just did the survey.( I think) It was really short. I do surveys all the time for money and the ones that pay even $20.00 take at least 30 minutes. Maybe the real survey is coming through email or over the phone. Either way I hope this is the real deal because we are going in Sept and were only going to do WDW, but now, with the new mummy ride, and maybe free tickets, I might have to rethink my plans.

I'll let you know also!

"FREE" my FAV Word!

I just took the survey. If I get the tickets, I'll add Islands of Adventure to our Christmas trip.:bounce: :Pinkbounc

It doesn't appear that it would hurt anything to find out. If they give a couple of tickets, that sounds well worth a longer survey if one came. I kind of bet the tell you to get the tickets you have to sit through a time share presentation though.

I tried it too. I also think there will be a timeshare presentation. I find it hard to believe that for those few questions, we get free tickets. It was just too easy. We'll see what happens.

Grrrr, it won't work for residents in Florida.

I did this "survey" a couple of weeks ago. What this company wants is your phone number. They are going to call you to invite you to do a timeshare with their accommodations. I was even willing to do the timeshare but the "deal" comes with some hotel. Since I already have a rental house for my upcoming trip I didn't qualify for the "free" tickets.

Thanks for letting us know! I am glad I didn't waste my time.

I wonder how this "pop up" got attached to the Universal site?

Well we will see what happens now. Thanks for the link to the survey. The main thing I hate on these survey is when they ask for the year of your birth. It seems I am doing more and more clicking of the old mouse to find my year. My finger can't handle all those reps.

Wow,, you know,, the OP said this came up when he closed the Universal site, so that made it look like it was from Universal. Perhaps they should be contacted to let them know this popup is coming up, and that it could be mistaken for a real Universal promotion?

It is starting to definately sound like a scam. Not even a timeshare,, but a proper scam.

Universal's site also has timeshare options for many different resorts (look on the off site section), but trust me, they are trying to get you to a 90 minute timeshare presentation with their accommodations. I've gone to Orlando using these packages so some aren't that bad.

I just got my phone call too.
It just sounds too good to be true which means it prop is. $398 for all that. Also he said i could pick up my car here and drive it to FLa free. They won't even count it towards my vacation rental.
What do you think?

What do youthink?

Now usually those vacations are really true, but again you are doing a timeshare presentation. Like I said, I've used this as a inexpensive tool to get to Disney. Last summer (and the summer before that) we spent a week in a beautiful resorts with "owner" like accomodation and paid a little of nothing. In return they gave it to me - a very high pressure timeshare. I'm just use to them, but DH hates them - he claims they are worst than staff meetings. Too much for him!!! Where do they want you stay in a hotel or a resort? What's the name of the resort? I've even been offered DTD - at the Wyndham Resorts?

I just got my call and when I said we use our RV for vacations...HE HUNG UP!!!!

I looked at the survey and it says the it is Under Authority of Universal Studios.

I sent Universal and pretty long email saying how I was treated and as a potential customer, this left a sour taste in my mouth.

I suggested if this was a legit offer that they should rethink their marketing strategy.
