2 Families 1 Reservation

Hello... first timer to Disney this year (Nov 29 ~ Dec 5) attending with another family.

My Family:
Me, Wife, DS11, DS7, DD3 on Disney Dining Plan

Friends Family
Father, Mother, DS11, DS11, DS2 on Disney Dining Plan

We are in planning stages for having all our TS credits together.

Questions
1. When it is time to do ADR. Does one family book the ADR for 10 or do we book 2 separate ADR for same time frame?
2. At 180 (June 2) days from Nov 29 I assume I book all ADR for that day then the following day (June 3) book ADR for Nov 30? Rinse Repeat?

1) One family should book the reservations for all 10. If you book 2 separate reservations there is no guarantee that you will be seated together.

2) Yes, unless you are staying on site. If staying on site, you can book 180 + 10 which means that you can book 10 days into your vacation at 180 days.
