I do so love the ability to link MDE accounts like that. It helps so much with the planning.

And yeah, WL is definitely NOT a tent. They do have a campfire though.

I'll be honest, I'm exhausted just thinking about all those reservations. It's definitely clear that I am decidedly not an ADR person. There is just no way I could plan where, what, and when I want to eat tomorrow let alone 6 months in advance. But I am always impressed with those who can.

I'm one of the crazy people that will be doing a split stay on her next trip (I'm actually COMPLETELY crazy and we're staying at four resorts during our two week vacation... ). I totally understand why you decided to pick a single resort, though, as it should be easier for me since I'm traveling with another adult that can schlep her own luggage. The WL is one of the few resorts I've never seen, but I love it's sister resort, the AKL!

A big hooray for your dinner plans! I love the way you determined your must-dos for dining.

I'm still laughing about Maddie's choice of Jiko, and Shannon's comment of "this from a child who won't eat such exotic foods as sauce." That aside, Jiko is an excellent restaurant and I'm sure you'll love your food!

I'm so glad you're here! Yay!!! We are so lucky to have "met" such great people on the DIS, I'm very grateful that we've become so close.

Yeah... I like Sci-Fi. But probably more so for lunch. I'd definitely go there for a Fantasmic! package if it were offered there. But the prime seating and easy arrival make the Fantasmic! package so appealing. For as horrible as our experience was at MM, I can't fault you a bit. As frustrating as it was, we'd probably still have a tough call to make next time.

I just hope you can at least get out of there in under 2 hours.

I'm having a hard time quoting within a quote. Does it work the same as the old site? Just manually type the brackets and quote?

It's kind of funny (sad too, but funny), I'm absolutely hopeless with geography and actually having a grasp on other cultures. I'm the jerk for whom World Showcase is SUPER educational. So, basically everything I know about Canada I learned from watching Mike Meyers on Inside the Actor's Studio Are there really chevrons on the roads and do you use them as forms of measurement? And also because of this I think Canadians say things like "I am sans chapeu". I am also easily amused.

Sci Fi looks like a lot of fun. If it weren't a July trip we'd do it for sure. Those Fantasmic crowds scare me though.

It does work that way, if you want.
But it's far simpler to highlight what you want to quote.
A little bubble will appear that says +Quote/Reply.
Click the +Quote and a popup window will say something like "Message added to Multi Quote"
Then in the reply box, click "Insert Quotes"

Exactly. It's like they know they've got the families of small children over a barrel and don't have to provide good service. You want Fantasmic package so you don't have to wait with the kids. They won't want to do H&V because a lot of those families will do that meal for breakfast or lunch to see the characters. They won't want to do HBD because... well kids in a signature restaurant... or 2 dining credits. Which truthfully isn't a big deal in your case, but would be a deterrent to us. So basically if you want Fantasmic package, you're stuck with MM and maybe they don't need to worry about the service as long as they're selling out the packages.

Ok, I'll give them this much: As much as I hate Molina, and I hate him more than any other player in MLB, he's a hell of a good catcher. In my opinion, the best defensively in the league. I just can't stand him though. Especially since the brawl in Cincinnati a few years ago. I wished BP would have tapped him somewhere other than the shin guard with his bat.
