2 days Sea World 4 days US / IOA... what to bring

So I'm bringing my Canon G11 point and shoot and Canon T4i with:

OEM 18-135mm f3.5-5 STM
Sigma 17-50mm f2.8
OEM 55-250mm f3.5-5
Speed light 480 exII
Tripod
External Mic with deatcat

I won't be bringing everything into the parks each day. I'll have a bag with me each day (probably my KATA 3n1) so I can put the G11 in it (wife loves to use it) and one extra lens.

I plan on leaving the 55-250 in the room and the tripod, external mic and speed light most days.

It's been decades since I've been to Sea World. Never been to US or IOA.

I'll have my 8, 10 and 17 y/o daughters with me.

I have survived 7 days in WDW carrying the T4i, 2 lenses and even the speedlight. So I can do it.

IOA/US are a different beast than WDW, I don't do tons of thrill rides at places like Six Flags but I love all the coasters at the 4 WDW parks.... I am not looking forward to checking bags which is seems is needed for several rides at US / IOA.

At WDW my KATA *barely* fits in the spots you find on rides like SOARIN and on Space Mountain I can loop the KATA strap on my leg and it stays put, ditto for RNRC.

So what are your thoughts?
