You don't link guests to the DAS; that has to be done by the CM when requesting the DAS.

To get a DAS, you either have to do the online screening or in person at the park. The person requesting DAS has to be present. A MDE account with everyone involved needs to be set up beforehand, not sure who has to "own" it. We used my daughter's account for our last trip the first time I requested DAS, and that worked just fine.

I think i got it.

(1) sign in to MY MDE account
(2) enter all part tickets (which should be registered to individual ticket holder)
(3) Sign in to MY DISNEY account when request CM chat to get DAS (for my parents), not sure if possible to do BOTH parents in one single chat
(4) provide guest to CM - this is based off the Park Ticket #s ???

done.
if cannot be done two DAS request in one single chat, then do separately? but both time use MY Disney Account during sign in when request chat?

You can do both on 1 call, but both DAS holders will need to be with you at the time you do the video chat. And yes, both can be profiles managed on your MDE account.

awesome thank you very much!
wanted not to wait 30 minutes to 7+ hours to get an agent for each parent (read so much about how horrible is to get an agent ... at least majority)...

Just jumping onto this thread because it matches a lot of my queries with regards to 2 DAS, 1 family, hope that’s ok. Does anyone know if it’s then possible to get the same pre arrival ride bookings on the 2 DASs if done at the same time?

One thing to remember, the DAS holder must ride as well as request a return time. So if your parents don't want to or can't do a ride, the other members of your party can't ride via a DAS return time. They will need to do standby or use the Genie + service or pay for for an ILL.
You should have no problems getting DAS return times together, it's based on the current wait time for a ride, and doesn't have a defined window. If you get a 2 pm return time, it's good for 2 pm or later. You just can't get another time until you use that one or cancel it.
Plan to request times before snack, lunch or bathroom breaks. Or before park hopping to maximize your time.

And I just reread your question, and I don't know answer about prearrival DAS, since I've only for done on-site. But those do have a specific window, unlike DAS throughout your day

I believe they will only give you 2 Advanced Selections and include the whole party. I suppose if you really had 2 very different choices and wanted to split the party you might be able to request 2 for each DAS but everyone in the party will not get to do all 4.

But, I would assume that any one person (even if they are on both DAS) could only have a total of two pre-selections per day, no?

i was told, this is not true. DAS just need to scan-in and check in for the rest of the party, and can choose not to ride. just need to make sure cancel before selection the next ride?
apparently there is two check-in points? so just need to cancel since 2nd check-in point not scanned?

Correct. That's why I mentioned splitting and everyone in the party would not get 4.

No, your understanding is not correct. That would be considered abuse of the DAS.

No, the rules are clear that the DAS-holder must ride. There may be some pixie-dust or leeway at any given attraction, but I would not count on it. Someone recently had an experience where the wheelchair accessible vehicle wasn't available but that wasn't known until the party reached loading, the DAS-holder in that party is unable to transfer, and the rest of the party was unable to ride. If you know the DAS-holder will not be riding, you should plan accordingly with standby or Genie+/I$LL.

would NOT or would ?
would NOT. With 2 DAS in the party, most (all?) reports I've read had just 2 Advanced Selections offered per day, which included the full party. It's my understanding that each individual may only have 2 DAS Advanced Selections per day. So even if each DAS-holder wanted a different set of Advanced Selections, you would need to split the party and nobody would get 4 rides out of that.

let say JANE guest is actually on two separate DAS guest, JANE can only choose to ride with ONE of the DAS and not both if the two DAS selected different "advance" ride?

Correct. That is my understanding based on what others have been allowed to pre-book. A maximum of 2 DAS Advanced Selections for any individual guest. Just like she can't hold overlapping day-of DAS Return Times if the party decides to split up during the day.

Yes, this makes sense. I just really hope our family with 2 DAS can all ride the same pre-selections together. I don’t like the idea of us being forced to split up at any point.
