2 credits for character meals

I did a search and couldn't find the answer to this. In the 2017 WDW brochure character meals are listed as 2 credits. But I see on another site they are listed as ! credit. Which is right? Sorry my ticker is wrong. I'll change it later.Thanks

The only character meal that is 2 credits is Cinderella's Royal Table. If you look at the brochure, you will see that it is the only one with the purple 2 by its name.
