2 bdr Boulder villa not popular?

I was looking at availability in September for a friend, more specifically a 2 bdr, and I noticed how no other resort had 2 bdr except for Boulder which seemed almost completely open for the entire month. I haven't been Disney obsessed for quite some years now so don't really know Boulder. Is there a reason it may be less popular, especially for that room type?

BRV 2BR has been unavailable for weeks until yesterday when some dedicated 2BR's opened up. I was wanting a 2BR lock-off but grabbed this rez for mid-November. Maybe Disney has been tweaking the long-awaited refurb plan.
