Can anyone tell me if the free appetizer is still available at table service restaurants (I know Annettes isn't included)? This is a budget trip so I wouldn't say no to a free white wine cocktail before dinner. :)

Also, do we get 10% off all restaurants with the dream AP or only certain ones? We were there in February and I can't remember.

There was a recent offer of 20% off Disney village restaurants (noon to 6pm). Is that offer finished, does anyone know?

Lastly, I can't find my son's fantasy AP. :( I phoned the annual passport office and they said it can be replaced but only if we go in to the office. Will I need to buy him a one day pass to get into the park so we can replace his AP? Also is this a lengthy process does anyone know? I'm mad at myself for losing it.

Thanks for any help!

The free Kir is available at table service restaurants. You get 10% off at all restaurants - TS and CS as well as snacks and drinks as well

PLEASE tell me what number to phone about AP enquiries.

I want to renew our APs before we go and the time is running out and I'm PANICKING

Oh, and do they speak English?

No worries, the number I rang is +33 1 60 30 60 69. I got it from the list here:

I just asked the guy who answered "parlez vouz Anglais s'il vous plait" and he put me onto a lady who spoke English. She was very rushed as they are always so busy in that office but she answered all my questions. Don't worry, they're very professional there.

A Small World,
Thanks a million. I find the discounts confusing! It's nice to get something off though! :)

We've had the free appetizer at Annette's - we were given a choice of orange juice or Kir (which I tried and have now decided I don't like)

I believe there is a charge to replace it, I think it's €15

When I lost my AP during our last visit I was concerned that I would not be able to get back in the next morning, once we left the park. I was told that I should go to the entrance, and they would call City Hall to see if the pass had been handed in, if not then I think there would have escorted me to the AP office to sort it out. As it turned out they sent me off to Guest Relations, where I discovered that my pass had been confiscated, due to someone trying to gain entry on it!

I am sure that if you went to Guest Relations, then they can look your son up on the computer, and escort you down to the AP office if need be.

Have a fantastic time!

:sad2: I came home from work at lunchtime today to try to phone, but as soon as I asked if she spoke English, she said she would put me through to the UK numbr and then just transferred me to the normal booking line. :sad2:

Thanks Reid. I've printed it out. :)

But its free. Make yourself like it. :lmao:

That would be great. I'd be getting off lightly if that's all I have to pay out. I suspect my 4 year old daughter was playing with it at some stage so I'm doing a search through her toys, especially her pink purses  to see if she was keeping it as her 'credit card'.

OMG! Nasty.

Thanks a million. If it doesn't turn up, I'll go to guest relations first. At least I have the receipt and the form I signed in the AP office in Feb with all the details of the transaction on it.

It wasn't just that, afterwards I experienced burning when passing urine that night, I think the Kir may have been to blame in some way, so would rather avoid it in future

OMG! Nasty.

It was scary, I thought they weren't going to let me have it back, questions were asked, I think they thought I had handed it to someone I knew! :scared:

I didn't realise they paid that much attention when you pushed your pass through the machine, the photo isn't that great!
