Or, since you are eating at Boma and like AKL, how 'bout participating in their events? There should be night animal viewing and story time at the fire pit and cultural tours. Many resorts also have campfire programs and/or movies on a big screen. Usually a google search of a resorts recreation calendar will get you a copy of the current month's events and times for reference.

OMG, how could I forget about that? While staying there, we never had the chance to participate to the night viewing!!!

Just read Boma's menu and I know my husband's taste in food are not very adventurous.

I might have to change plans for dinner... Sounds like Beaches & Cream so far ('Ohana not available).

My DH and I have had a blast going over to Fantasia Gardens and playing the natural green putt-putt course. It is challenging, but really fun. That course is never as busy as the more traditional putt-putt course, but both are fun. That might be a fun thing to do after dinner. A few years ago we were golfing on an nearly empty course while fantasmic was going on at DHS, we could hear the music, and occasionally see the fireworks, and it was a pretty magical experience.

I would definitely check if you can get an ADR for that night if you already haven't as B&C is incredibly small and the normal stand by wait can be an hour if not more.
