Hello all,
I'm using this chilly day to work on FE gifts. I was wondering about some of the children's names - as some names can be used for both girls and boys. I just don't want to give the wrong type of gift. Is there a way to indicate this on the FE list?

Also, do we know yet when the final list will be complete?

Hi to Lollipop's mom..., that sounds really fun! I'll send you a message....I plan to book a spa treatment and a Pirates League/Boutique appointment for my daugther (we can book those on Nov. 11, so once I have those scheduled, I'll know what day would be good for Palo). Looking forward to meeting you...I've yet to try Palo!

I messaged you a couple of days ago but didn't hear back -but anyway I just managed to get an 11:30am Palo Brunch for the 11th (2nd day at sea), hoping that works for you and if it does, I will call and add you onto my reservation - message me!

It was a successful night I was able to get a Palo dinner on V-day for me and my wife. I was also able to book a Remy dinner for the 13th. I made our daughters BBB reservation for the day of her birthday and was able to book a Manny/Pedi appointments for my wife on the 1st full day on the ship.
I then watched a few breaking bad episodes (just getting into the show via netflix) and at 3am secured an 11-11:30 port arrival time. Now its time for bed. I hope everyone else was as successful as we were!

Too funny. I'm watching breaking bad now myself. I watched all seasons on Netflix in 8 days. Lol. Every night laid in bed with the iPad. Right now I'm watching episode three of season five online!!

Good for you! I'm so glad I read your post, as I completely forgot about securing a port arrival time. I was just online and also secured an 11-11:30 arrival time, whew!

We booked GTY and still don't have a room assignment. I know it can get assigned closer to the sail date but I keep checking.

This is our first Disney cruise and only the 2nd cruise we've ever taken. How do we know what we want to book? Y'all are making me feel inferior with all your cruise knowledge! LOL

Hi everyone my DH and I will also be on this cruise also. I cannot wait for this cruise either. I did not get everything I wanted last night. So I am hoping for a valentine's day ressie when we board the ship. I did get an 11 am boarding time and I am staying at the MCO Hyatt the night before so I am hope full I will be able to once on the ship. I did get Palo brunch. I was thinking of trying the Hot Stone massage. Has anyone try this? Also should I book now or wait for deals once we board.

I recommend going to the DCL website and reading through the port excursions, online activities, etc. to see what may be of interest to you. There is a lot of useful info on this board as well. So in other words, research. You can google the islands we will be stopping at for info also.

I also go an 11-1130 arrival spot, but not sure if it will end up doing us any good. We are using DCL bus from AKL to the ship - and not sure what time they leave. I am hedging on cancelling that and getting a towncar, but trying to save the $$. I am way over budget as it is after upgrading to a verandah - I can afford it, but like to set myself in a budget of no more than $4000 for a vacation like this and Im close to $5000 with the cruise, airfare, adding on 2 days at AKL..... need to stop spending the money. LOL!

I would love to get to know some of you on facebook, but my daughter isn't aware of the cruise. If someone wants to set up a 'secret' group (Id do it but she will see it) maybe just called DCL Fans - and we will all know its us - I can join it then

Try now. I've changed the settings to "closed" instead of "secret". That means you should be able to see the group exists, but not see posts until you are a member.

Once we get some people on there, we'll change the settings back to secret.

I clicked to sign up I dont need to keep mine secret but other apparently do so you might want to rename it in case curious eyes do not see the title at the top or on the side of Facebook where groups are listed.

Paying off the cruise today AND we got FIRST SEATING....very excited.....

Going to tell the DD (8) on christmas....she is really hoping for another Disney Cruise....her wish is our command..... (not that that wish is TERRIBLE for us or anything)

I have on my calendar that Monday is formal and Thursday is semi. I know I read it on here or saw it somewhere but I don't remember where!
