Called 800#, waited 25 min. Finally, CM came on asked about best rate at GF 2/11/04-2/15/04,indicated i am an Ap holder, put on hold another 5 min., cm came back no Ap's yet, no AAA either;chaeked AKL no AP(AAA available). Asked her to enter BCE code-nothing,she said not a code or related to AP after I questioned her. No idea either when they might be offered. Asked to speak to customer service rep-waiting 5 min.-waited 10 min. total time commitment 45 min. Enough for me-no luck here!
