2 - 3 Days

We will be in Orlando in August for 8 days. It will be myself, DS and DS's girlfriend, all of us over 25. We will be staying offsite. Want to do 2-3 days at Disney, 2 days at IOA/Universal and 1 day at Busch Gardens. My question is: what are the best days to do what? I would like to Pleasure Island also.

August is really HOT- so I would plan a pool break, even if offsite.The parks should be open very late at that time of year.

What kind of passes will you have? What parks do you want to visit? Avoid any EE parks, since you are offsite.
I think the shedule is :
Mo and Fri- AK
Tues and Sat-MGM
Wed-Epcot
Sun and Thurs-MK

We plan on getting the 3-day passes. I want to do Epcot, Animal Kingdom and maybe Disney Studios. They're not that interested in Magic Kingdom. I also would like to know of some good places to eat.
