They live outside of Dublin in County Meath. We've been here for two weeks, leaving to go home tomorrow. It's going to be hard to leave them, knowing I won't see them until Thanksgiving. A bottle is warming now and I"ll soon be cuddling..

My friend is Jean W. She did receive her docs but room is still listed as GTY. She said she will let me know as soon as she finds out but that it may not be until embarkation.

I'm trying to be very careful about how much info I put on here- I don't think my kids know this site but you never know. Our two oldest daughters are best friends and neither knows the other family is going. We are so excited for the surprise. In fact, her kids don't even know they're going anywhere yet. She is doing a puzzle for them of all the places they will see/visit and will hide pieces around the house for them to find and put together. But this won't happen til Valentine's weekend.

Hi all, busy weekend here on our thread! Congrats DMRick on the new grandbaby!

The other two families going with us, the moms' names are both Erica. Erica B and Erica H. We don't have cabin assignments yet, we're spread out all over the ship right now and DCL is trying to get us together. Will let you all know as soon as I have anything.

Little snow flurries here this morning.... can't wait for sand and sunshine!

On several of the online travel agency's, they are still offering balcony's so I assume they might offer those upgrades soon, and open up some of the insides and oceanviews.

Also, for those of us hoping to upgrade........ my understanding is the ship is full now.

Looking at page 4, I see ages of kids and if b/g, but no kids names. So, does no one do personalized items for the kids?

No one has asked for them... did you want me to try and get everyone's names? My 2 are Madigan (DD5) and Graiden (DS3) ... I have 2 more at home but this is a "Mommy & Middle Kidlets" trip!

Thanks..those I have names for I'll do a personalized item. So, each person will have something hanging on their cabin door and at any time, I should be able to sneak something in there? (I just find this confusing on how it will work). Will we have a contact person on board, that will know if cabin numers change? Right now we are in 2618, so if cabins change, could someone let me know (of course mine might change, as I hope to have just one cabin (if I can change at the port) from the week before cruise and this week). Or will we find out at the greet we hope to do?

We well be aboard the 2/21 cruise. It is just DH and myself. We were not allowed to bring our granddaughter DD is 8 months pregnant did not think it would be fair for them not to be on her first trip. We will steal her next time.

This is our 1st Disney cruise - well sort of we did do the Big Red Boat when it was Disney. Looking forward to escaping.

It's just DH and I also. Hope we meet you at the meet and greet (it's somewhere on deck 7 I think, at 3 pm)..maybe we can share a meal or wander Nassau together. We'll mostly just wander, and then use our favorite inexpensive wifi cafe and back to the ship to relax.

Erica H has the two kiddos (DD3 Julia-- turning 3 the day we leave port canaveral, DS5 Ryan), Erica B just has one (DD3 Madeline). Ours is DS3 Mason.

So much to get done in the next 3 weeks.... and I'll be travelling for work several times, so I really need to get a plan!
