Since they close at 2:30pm, will we be picking at scraps? My husband really enjoyed it last trip so I want him to have the same experience and who doesn't love the Fab 5! We are going to MNSSHP so my thought was late brunch before the party but I am a little concerned the food wont be plentiful or fresh that close to closing.

No first hand experience with this but it seems I've read positive comments about the quality of the food not declining close to closing time. They'll still have a room full of people who may be staying an hour or more so they have to keep the food coming.

The "closing" times listed are actually the time for last ADR accepted not an actual close time. You'll have the same service and food offerings as any other time.
