Here's a little background on us. We go twice per year, this year it's three trips. This trip we stayed at Bay Lake Tower with our DVC points. There are four of us 38, 37, 9 & 5 years old.

We ate at Ohana, Whispering Canyon breakfast & dinner, Contempo Cafe, ESPN Club, Satu'li Canteen, Il Mulino, Chef Arts, Blaze Pizza and Pizza Ponte.

Ohana:
Our second time eating there and it was as great as the first time. I have been reading about people feeling rushed and I do understand that. We had an early reservation at 4 and while eating the skillet of Pork, Noodles etc. they were bringing the meats around. It was a little annoying but we just took our time and it was great. The bread pudding was amazing. We are going back next trip.

Whispering Canyon:
Our first time for breakfast and it was really good and not expensive based on disney standards. They bring everything out on a skillet and it was eggs, potatoes, mikey waffles, bacon, sausage. It was one of the better breakfasts we have had on property. For dinner we ordered the skillet which is ribs, pulled pork, chicken, corn, beans and brisket. The meat was a little dry as it was
the first time we ate there. My son likes to order the ketchup for no reason just to get all the bottles on the table. I dont know when we'll go for dinner again but will go for breakfast for sure.

Contempo Cafe:
We stopped in for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised by their flatbread pizza. We ordered the meat lovers and the buffalo chicken. The meat lovers was the best and we will be going back for sure.

ESPN Club:
This is a staple for us. Not really sure why but we always seem to end up there. It's fun for the sports and atmosphere. We are started with the nachos which are decent and we both had the grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries. Pretty good after a long park day.

Satu'li Canteen:
This was a fun experience. We were in Pandora at night which is a must for anyone! We ordered the cheesburger pods and they were really good! I read from some people that they had too much bread/dough but I thought they were perfect. I can't wait to go back.

Il Mulino:
This is the third time we have gone here. It is amazing if you like Italian food. I'm Italian and normally don't want to go out for it after growing up with what I thought was the best there could be. Don't tell my mother or grandmother but Mulino is the best Italian food I have ever had. We order the same thing every time: Calamari, Chicken Farm & Gnocchi. It is an expensive place but worth every cent I promise. Sorry no pics we ate it all too fast! We are going back next trip.

Chef Arts:
This was the highlight of our trip. It was our first time and it will not be our last. It is now on our list as a must do every trip. It is farm to table and they are all about their fried chicken. We started with the deviled eggs which for $12 were expensive but amazing! Then we both ordered the chicken sandwich, mine with mac and cheese and hers with the chips. We opted for the sandwich vs. the dinner because that just seemed like too much fried chicken for us. I thought it might be overhyped but not at all. We are going back next trip.

Blaze Pizza:
This is basically Chipotle for pizza. They make your pizza in three minutes. It was decent for a quick meal and really cheap. I got the plain cheese and it was $7.50. The pizza is very thin but good.

Pizza Ponte:
This is the pizza place attached to Maria & Enzo's. We wanted to try it right after Blaze Pizza. It's very good but really expensive. I had a slice of cheese which is large but cost $7 per slice.

I have other pictures but they won't load because the file is too large. I have no idea how to fix it but I'll keep trying.

Luckily we'll be back in 32 days!

Sounds like you had some great dining experiences :) I've never managed to make it to O'hana, but some day I will, glad to hear you enjoyed your meal there

Appreciate you taking the time to review . If you had to pick one - would you prefer Blaze or pizza point ? I think we will only be able to go to DS one night and the nephews love pizza. Trying to decide which one

It's tough to pick one over the other but I'd say this if you like thin pizza go Blaze if you like thicker crust go Ponte. At Blaze you'll get more actual pizza for $7 than Ponte for that I'd probably lean towards Blaze. It's also a little less greasy.

At the end of the day if you have a car or want to have delivery the best would be to order from Giordano's. That's one of the big places in Chicago serving deep dish pizza, it's amazing! They have two locations and they deliver to the resorts.

Just returned from our trip last week. Ate at Satu'li Canteen and it was probably my favorite of the trip.
