2/13/2011 Disney Dream 4 Day Cruise

Everyone here is EXTREMELY EXCITED. We have been on Disney Cruise Line before, but never got off in Nashua.

DH and DD will most likely do some snorkeling, but DS wants to Body Surf (if possible not sure if there enough waves for him to catch??) Dose anyone know of a nice/safe beach in Nashua I could take him??

Question:
I was told we didn’t have to disembark. Also since we have the same stateroom for both cruises we can leave our things in the cabin. Dose anyone know where on the ship we go during the disembark?

The last time we did a "back-to-back" on the Magic we could stay on Deck 9 or 10 but I have heard from several people since that you do have to get off and re-embark later.

Yes, Brack, you're right, it has changed. You definitely have to disembark now.

Hey Brack! Guess What? We have tentatively booked this cruise too! We will decide in the next few days whether it is a go or not. We were going to do the kids sail free on the Magic in January, but we can save some $$$ and sail on the new ship with an inside stateroom (maybe we will get an upgrade) so we opted to book this. We also wanted to get CC platinum status before the Alaska cruise, and we were one away.

One of the things that we have loved has been to get a photograph of the DISBoard group.

Well, no turning back now! We are booked, along with the night before and three nights after at AKL! Sophia's birthday is on the 17th, so we will have a birthday celebration for her onboard the night before debarkation, and hoping to take her to the WWOHP on the 17th.

Two cruises with you in 2011 Brack! This will be our first since the WB PC repo in 2008.

I am a bit technically challenged though!

I think that it is still there. On your home page do a search for the title or some of the words in the title.

We had a great time on the trip .... and a little rest. :goodvibes

Hello everyone, I am excited to get back to sea, being a x navy man, disney is much more fun than the aircraft carrier (cvn-69) I was on. I look forward to getting to know everyone and meeting them on the cruise.

Also from one bird-farm sailor to another. :thumbsup2 I spent almost four years on the USS Independence CV-62. (The bunks are better on DCL :lmao:)

84 days until Christmas then the countdown begins in earnest for this cruise!

We also made our final payment this weekend!

For first time DLC cruisers is booking excursions/dining 75 days out? I have the worst TA in the world, we are using Marriott points so I have to use their designated travel agency and the person I spoke to said "it is either 75 or 90 days." That kind of answer really ticks me off! I basically already fired the agent they assigned me (not once did she return several phone calls for 2 full weeks) and now I am working with her boss. Her boss gave me a song and dance how knowledgeable the customer service reps are and they can answer any questions... um, no they can't - LOL!
