Hello everyone.
One thing I learned from another DiSer when we went on the 8/19/00 Magic Cruise??? Was that the CM's love $2.00 bills especially in light of the diversity of the group. Alot of folks simply never ever saw one, and well you just don't see them around anymore. With that in mind.....do this......
Go to the bank, and I got about $100.00 in two dollar bills. When someone did something wonderful for us or gave exceptional service, I tipped them with a $2.00 bill. Our CM Grinda who took care of our room on deck 8 ~it was awesome~ almost cried when I gave her $2.00. She said "I will treasure these forever"
Needless to say, DH just told me I could plan a quick 4 night getaway on the Wonder maybe year end, so I am SOOOOOOO Psyched. I will again have my trusty supply of $2.00 bills in tow, to put a smile on the CM's faces, as they did for us time and time again
Oh yes one further note: I know now about the lime green ribbon etc, which I will wear in force when I head to WDW with DS in February, On our 8/19/00 cruise???
We wore an empty bag of Peanut M&M's. The bright yellow ones.
I had them hanging from my purse, and from luggage etc.
Imagine how cool it was when someone said HEY !!!!!!!!!!!!! Look I have one too!
