I'll be there at that time as well, well almost (2/24 - 3/1) Any how, that is the time my wife and I go every year and the crowds are more manageable than summer crowds or holiday crowds. I don't think anyone would disagree with me when I say the crowds have been getting larger no matter when you go. There was a time following 9/11 when tourism was down greatly everywhere and WDW was no exception to this. I have found that February, early March crowds are increasing but they are still, by far, better than summer vacation, Easter, Christmas, etc. I usually don't see lines for rides exceeding one hour and those are the primo rides. I still get restaurant reservations for dinner (actually have all my reservations done for next year, so yea) but it isn't that difficult to make changes if we want to eat elsewhere. Good luck and enjoy.
