No it was laird and eglington. I had a meeting in the area so I popped in.

I found calorie counts for it and it's under 500 calories for the braised pork. that can't be a ginormous portion as it's twice a typical lean cuisine and it must not go super light on the fat (which adds calories without a lot of bulk.. like butter in mashed potatoes or whatever). So I will just order what I want I guess and see how it goes. I think the turkey sandwich looks bigger.

First part, yes I feel you. Going to PM something to you that the bf just sent to me. It's not a bad read. (I have been avoiding reading anything at all and disabled my FB account because I can't stand to be exposed to any of it any more.. just self preservation).

I was going to suggest taking acidopholus or yogurt too, the stronger the antibiotic the more at risk for thrush you are.

About your reservation, I would not bother. you'll get an extra MB. You'll get an extra key. no big deal. You can use the extra MB for SDFP so you're golden.

IF you want it in your name only then you will have to email the member or the DVC broker and have them call and make the change. it is easy peasy but I would probably not bother (a portion of mine is a points "trade" in someone else's control so I have not wanted to make any changes to that one). If you don't change it you won't be charged more and it won't matter one bit.

Ok perfect, I'm not going to bother touching the reservation. I didn't think I needed to, but I started second guessing myself, lol, as we all do on here. Already have plans to use the 2nd mb for SDFP (I have a split stay, so I did decline the 2nd band on the 2nd reservation, since it would serve no purpose, lol), and my mb's have already shipped. So yeah, def not going to bother the person with changing the reservation, so not worth it! Thanks for the info!

haha apparently when you order at BoG they have that info on the kiosks. Only place. But I 100% agree with you. ignorance is bliss, bliss is vacation.

Well every one laughed at our "crack mayor"...but I am extending compassion to our neighbors. I have Muslim friends who are afraid to go to the usa now. I am not white, what does that mean for me? Many of my friends who live in the USA did not want this.

I'm going to have soup and maybe a bite of DH's sandwich. I was thrilled I could order plain pasta for dd with no sauce and a side of fries (don't judge me). The 3 of us are sharing a cupcake with the grey stuff.

we should probably not stray too far into politics on this thread. I think a few of us have expressed grief and that is ok but these kinds of questions are probably best left for PMs. Not chastising you or anything, I have a good answer to this, I just don't think that this is the place to discuss. But those of us here who are grieving deeply for our identity and our future and our children's future do appreciate the support and compassion.

as an overweight person who is constantly on the hunt for ways to cute up fat person clothes my go-tos are bags/purses, shoes and hats.

But I would encourage you to look at Torrid if you want some disney tshirts... if you are not self conscious about your arms (and I am) they do have shorter sleeves, sort of longer cap sleeves, but they are also cut smaller through the bust/shoulders and bigger through the belly/hips/butt. So you get a bit of a feminine cut without it being a perfect hourglass. May work for you or may not but there is free ship and return to hot topic stores, they go down to a 0x which is around a 12.

that said I am happy to have my disney bag, it's a vera backpack I got on ebay for less than retail. It's subtly disney and pretty. I like ears. If you are into shoes, crocs, vanns, new balance and birkenstocks are the brands I know offhand that make disney themed shoes.

also consider maybe just getting a disney hoodie/fleece for park use... you can wear it over anything and it's sort of generic, one thing you can wear all week, can throw it on at home for in between weather, it's not a huge investment really and will last you all week. There are plenty of NWT styles on ebay that are older styles and no longer available (more choice) and disney store online has some.

I don't think you need a second band for the second reservation for yourself. I mean it serves no purpose other than to have it. Bands are not tied to the reservation, they are tied to your MDE and are all clones of each other... your first band will work for your second stay and your second band will work for your first stay. all the same info is on both.

Thanks for the suggestions. With only 15 days left until we leave I'm cutting it close on online ordering, but I'll check out Torrid tonight. I've also considered a Disney bag, but haven't looked at them. That's something I think I wouldn't use after the vacation. It's definitely too late for new shoes since I won't have time to wear them in before the trip. I remember the ones you posted and they were very cute, but I couldn't find them in my size online.

I definitely think I'll get a hoodie while there. The hoodies I ordered on the Disney store website were waaaaay too big and awkwardly sized. So I'll just wait and get one of the holiday ones I think. Hoodies are something I love and will wear after vacation for sure. I try very hard to keep my "good" hoodies and "farm" hoodies separate.

I don't think you need a second band for the second reservation for yourself. I mean it serves no purpose other than to have it. Bands are not tied to the reservation, they are tied to your MDE and are all clones of each other... your first band will work for your second stay and your second band will work for your first stay. all the same info is on both.

Oh I know, I'm getting it because I wanted another color option! I'll be getting pink and purple bands this time. I've only been on 2 previous trips since the mb's came out, so I'm also bringing my red and green bands from those trips to have holiday-themed bands, lol.

Ugh...resisting was futile! I bought a pair of Run Disney New Balances off Ebay! Haven't bought a new pair of sneakers in at least 5 years, so I'm due. Should have a week or two to break them in. I will have to wear them around the house constantly before the trip!

@areno79 That's really terrible that you are so sick and not able to just rest! I'm an RN (spent years as a family practice advice nurse) and will tell you although it's possible the antibiotic might be the cause of your vomiting I don't think it's likely - unless you also have a rash - extreme allergic reactions can cause vomiting, but that's usually just before you go into anaphylaxis. You need rest and fluids more than anything!!! I really hope you start feeling better soon!
