***1st Week of December Thread ADR Plans, Park Hours, and dealing with Pop Warner***

Eek just had a thought! Since 12/7 is a non party night I should not make that my leftover day at mk...I should switch my 12/8 mk flow. Meaning that dh want have fp for 12/8 (on theoretically less busy day). Does this make sense?

Or is it like adrs that nothing at all can overlap? Like I would need a 11-12, 12:05-1:05, 1:10-2:10..... Like that?

11-12, 12-1, and 1-2 work. Only the start/end times can overlap precisely so they butt up against each other. Your second scenario works, of course, but is not required.

that's all I have to say about those!

11-12, 12-1 and 1-2 works. you can't overlap but you can have the same start/end time.

dare I ask this? But have you happened to check how fea has been looking for availability as the day has gone on?

@rasadkowski and @SilSprBea FEA is showing FP availability on 12/7 starting at 12:15p.

@tacboze 12/9 FEA FP availability starts at 11:10a, so that looks promising for your 11:30 preferred time!!

I have one HS day with only 2 FPs. I guess that's why it is letting me look at any date?

@tacboze 12/9 FEA FP availability starts at 11:10a, so that looks promising for your 11:30 preferred time!!

so it seems like at 60+2 days it's still decent, at 60+4 you get another 3 hours nearly of availability and at 60+6 days you have another 4 hours of availability.

Sure does! I'm getting the impression we won't have too much free time for those couple of days because of dress rehearsals and just the fact that moving/planning as a large group will gobble up a lot of park time but we will probably extend our stay to allow for regular park days too.

Your mind for anything Disney planning related blows me away. I mean, seriously! I may (or may not!) have come to the same conclusion and thought of it in those terms, but it would have taken at least a couple weeks of mulling the concept over! lol

your mind for remembering names for who people actually are blows me away. most days I am lucky if I remember my OWN name!

please no one take offense if I can't correctly correlate a username to a personality. I am a very very visual person and unless I meet you I fall pretty short here. I deal with a LOT of people on a daily basis and am an introvert so the portion of my brain that deals with "people" is sometimes pretty shallow lol.

yes what I said was true. I had no problem moving stuff around all day long while I tightened things up but book FEA first. However I could still book the same FEA right now if I wanted to! availability is good!

Also REMEMBER WHAT TALBY DISCOVERED! If the times aren't working for you, click on the picture of the attraction to the left and it will display ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD!

this works under modify as well.

the ones it offers in the first screen are not always the best.

Ok, I tested it out and the modifying trick worked, so I was able to get better times for some of my FP's
It was really easy; I even tried to back out of it after modifying to make sure I didn't lose anything and that worked too.
A huge bummer though; as I was changing my Star Tours time, I got a TP Res alert that a 5pm H&V opened up for 3, which is the exact time I've been looking for! Unfortunately even though I immediately went to book it, I got the Lady and the Tramp error message, meaning someone else got it before me.
I'm bummed, but at least I still have the 3:40 H&V booked. The 5pm would just be so much better for us!

Crossing my fingers!! I even called Disney to see if maybe it was an error on their part, but no dice. It's funny though because the girl on the phone was telling me to call back at my 60 day mark since that's when a lot of ADR's open up.
It was a little awkward when I told her that today WAS my 60 day and I already made my FP's!
