Or someone cancelled because they were alerted to another ADR that they wanted more. It would be interesting to trace some of these ADRs from their original person all the way to who ends up using it. Say BOG at 5:00 on X date. How many times did that change hands and how many states/countries did it pass through over 180+ days as people tweaked their plans.

I gave up a 4:55 BoG on party night because I wanted to keep my 3:30pm 'Ohana. am I weird that I want to know who has my spot? maaaaaaaaaybe a little.

I gave up on the TP ADR search tool long ago!

It did find me a better Teppan Edo time (that was the 5 a.m. situation). But I found my own BOG and CRT even though I had it looking for both. It just doesn't check as much as I do! lol

TP used to search almost every hour before but I noticed a few weeks ago it would not search every hour anymore. I just have the website open and normally refresh the screen once in a while instead now. True about the many people in many countries/ states/ time zones tweaking their plans. 5am ET is about midday in London.

I'm very skeptical of the tool. I've NEVER gotten an alert for one of my searches-- granted I have things like BOG breakfast, BOG dinner, Chef Mickey dinner, Ohana breakfast going which are high demand, but never an alert. The only alerts I get are for what i assume are other people to random restaurants and dates. I've been able to get a BOG dinner (twice, one at a time too late, and one at a more desirable time by my insane checking every hour). I really think I've gotten so many false alerts from them that if one my searches does hit I'll just ignore it as I'm used to.

Also, you could make a reservation on your phone if you open up the browser and do it or through the MDE app. So, even if you are out and about and happen to be out when you get th alert, just open the app/browser and don't waste time clicking on the link! I've made many reservations on the run.

I'm casting my vote that nothing is weird if it is associated in any way, shape or form with Disney planning! lol

haha what lunatic cancelled their ADR in the middle of the night that gave you that alert? lol. I mean I understand getting up to MAKE an ADR but not to cancel one! (maybe it was someone overseas though)

I'm down to the final one on my wish list, so I feel pretty lucky. Most were not easy to come by. H&V F! dinner on 12/7.

I wonder if sometimes disney doesn't immediately release and then there is some reset that happens at 3am. I have seen stories of tons of reservations suddenly coming available around then.

I'd love to catch one is with my constant checking but I have had no luck. I'm looking for CRT dinner 12/4 5 or 6 and crystal palace ppo 12/4. I just missed one the other day. I'll never forgive myself!! I'm attempting the IMapOSSIBLe!! . I think some of you saw. Finally got a bog dinner! For the second time i got a 620 .. The first time slot for needing a mvmcp ticket. Grr. Back to the drawing board

I have a reservation finding question. If we are a party of 2, can we reserve for a party of 3 or 4 and then change it afterwards to 2 people? I think I read someone say they've done that. I don't have anything specific in mind right now as I still need to pick what restaurants we even want to go to. But it would be good to know.

And CP on 12/5 lunch or dinner (this would be a bonus)

I think TP searches less often because to many people know about it. I always have MDE open on my phone browser ready to snag an ADR
