When we went 2 yrs ago, we got them at the customer service office. Have FUN!

Yes. Ask at customer service in any park or a hotel lobby, check in or concierge.

I'm not sure if you mean a badge that you get at guest services or a "tradeable" disney pin. I have "My First Visit" tradeable pins coming from ebay for my 2 DD 9&7. They are lovely looking with a big Mickey on them.

This summer when we went to WDW we got our 1st Visit badges from the ticket booth. When we got to the entrance of MK the wonderful CM looked at our badges and declared "1st visit? Where have you guys been all this time?". We told him that we were past visiters of Disneyland Paris but this was our first time at WDW. He leaned in and whispered "Well we are much better than Paris. Have a magical day!". Just another wonderful memory from WDW! Sorry a bit OT!
