1st timer nds pts for 1 wk BWV 01/05

I'm a first-time renter looking for points for a 1BR at BWV in January- hopefully for 5 weekdays in a premium room from 1/10-1/15 or 1/17-1/22- 110 points total. Also need to find out if there is still room available those weeks- any advice?
