Hello,

My DH and I are going to DLP for the 1st time! Woohoo! The plan is to spend November 2-5, 2025 at DLP. We are planning on staying at Marvel. Toying with Disneyland Hotel. Thoughts? Pros and Cons? How is the shuttle service from Marvel?

We visit WDW frequently. So we are very comfortable there and really know a lot about the parks, when to go, crowds, rates, what is worth the cost, best practices, etc. So we are really looking for tips on how to maximize our visit. What add-ons should we consider, such as dining or Premier access ultimate. What are the "must do" things and also the things that are maybe not on most people's radar and you might miss out on.

Thanks so much!

Four days in November should be great. Weather will be cool. I'd check the school/holiday schedules, but with 2 parks (1 1/2 really), 4 days will be plenty without spending for any perks.
Marvel is pretty close to the parks. I think it may be faster to walk. Head out the back, through Disney Village (think very small Disney Springs) and you are at the park entrances.
We are going to stay at DLH next trip because it was closed, being remodeled last trip, otherwise we would stay at Marvel, Sequoia or Newport.

We were just there a few weeks ago and stayed at Marvel. It’s less than a 15 minute walk if you go from the hotel and walk very slow.

Oh there’s lots of little walk through exhibits like for Aladdin around the DLP park. Make sure you spend time checking each out.
The food there was worse than at the US parks in my opinion, but the PYM buffet was very fun.
