Ok I am not sure where I need to look for this info....but if someone could help me that would be Awesome! Here is my iternary: (staying at All Star Music Dec 4-15)

Day 1: Arrive at 11:30 am at MCO- having magic bus pick us up- I have a 5pm Res at Fulton's Crab house (can we check in early and also does the bus run DTD from resort)

Day 2: going to AK- I sure I can get this one...

Day 3: going to SeaWorld- I am sure I can use Mears?

Day 4: going to Universal- My ? is universal closes at 7pm I have a Res at 1900 Park Fare at 8:30pm- I am assuming I have enough time in the middle to make Res time? Also can Mears just drop you off at GF or do I need to go back to All Star Movie Resort??

Day 5: Going to IOA- so I am sure I can use Mears again?

Day 6: Going to MK have a CRT Res @ 8:20am - does disney bus run earlier than the park opens? Would like to be early for Res so I can take pics in the park before it officially opens - so what time can I leave on bus usually?

Day 7: Going to EP- I am sure I can figure this one out.

Day 8: Have res at 1900 Park fare at GF at 9:25- need to know how to get there from the bus system- or do I take the bus to MK then ride the rail?

Day 9: Going to EP- I am sure I can figure this one out.

Day 10: Going to MK- I am sure I can figure this one out also.

Day 11: I have to leave back home!

Any advise on how to get to point A to B would be Awesome!

Hi! Let me see if I can be of assistance :thumbsup2

Based on your schedule:

Day 1 - If your flight arrives at 11:30am, you'll be arriving at AS-Music around 1:00pm. You can check in, but if your room isn't ready, you can get your info packet and tickets, and they'll either text you or give you a number to call to check if your room is ready. Buses to DTD are available. DTD has 2 stops: Marketplace and Pleasure Island. For Fulton's, you should get off at the Marketplace stop (which is usually the first one).

Day 2 - Direct bus from hotel to AK

Day 3 - Yes you can use Mears, or a cab (the hotel / bell services staff can call one for you). You can reserve Mears here: https://secure.mearstransportation.com/ShutSedan.asp. You can also check the cab fare from any two points here:http://www.mearstransportation.com/taxi-services/taxi-fare-estimator/

Day 4 - Same as above. The best option would be to go straight to GF. Yes, Mears or the cab can take you directly there. Just specify it when you reserve.

Day 5 - Same as Day 2

Day 6 - Buses usually run from about one hour prior to opening / or EMH. Park hours show that for this date (Dec 9) MK opens at 9:00am that day. So buses should start running between 7:30 am and 8:00. If your take the bus at 8 and your ADR is for 8:20, that would be too close (the All-Stars are quite far from MK). Your best bet would be a cab. They usually run around $10-$15 each way, from one point of WDW property to another.

Day 7 - Direct bus from hotel to EP

Day 8 - Your best option is getting on the bus to MK, then using the Monorail or boat to GF. Same thing in reverse for the return trip. The cab is another alternative. (Remember that for ADRs you should be at the restaurant around 15 minutes prior to your actual seating time.)

Day 9 - Direct bus from hotel to EP

Day 10 - Direct bus from hotel to MK

Day 11 - DME to MCO, hopefully with lots of great memories!!! ;)

Have a great trip!

Actually, buses start running at 6:30 every morning.

Any advise on how to get to point A to B would be Awesome!

1. If you arrive ontime at 11:30, you will be at your resort by 1pm, probably sooner. You can leave any carryon bags with Luggage Assistence if your room isn't ready yet. For a 5pm ADR at Fulton's, I would leave the resort by 3:45. There will be a bus to DTD from in front of your resort. Get off at Marketplace, the first stop.

2. You're good..bus will be at the bus stops in front of the resort.

3. You can call and set up a pickup, or just take a cab..whichever works best for you.

4. If you are using the Mears shuttle to get you back, be sure to leave plenty of time. They can make a lot of stops, especially if it's park closing time. I would actually try to leave US by 6:30ish. You can have them drop you anywhere you want. Just have them drop you at the GF, but be sure they know this when you book your return.

5.Yep, won't be an issue.

6. The buses start running by 6:30am every day, from every resort. But, they tend to run a bit less frequently than the regular buses do. For an ADR at 8:20, I would be out at the MK bus stop no later than 7:15. That should get you to the MK in plenty of time to get in and get some nice shots.

7.Bus right to Epcot in front of the resort.

8.For your 9:25 at the GF, take the bus to MK around 8:15, then you should be able to hop on the little boat that runs directly to the GF. If you take the monorail, it will take you about 20 mins to get there...not including any wait times.

9. and 10. You're good to go, hop on the appropriate park bus.

11. It is sad.....always is.

Be sure to leave plenty of time. You might want to add a bit of time to my times just in case. I am finding that it's taking a bit more time to get from point A to point B lately...especially resort to resort!!!

Thank you so much for the advise! I have printed off all responses and going to bring them with me.:thumbsup2

Have you considered renting a car for atleast part of your stay? You are going off property 3 days in a row, all those taxi and shuttle fees are going to add up fast. It might be cheaper to rent a car :) You can drop it back off at the Car Care Center at the Swan and Dolphin if you don't want it for your whole trip. Just a thought!

Yes looked into it- renting a car is a little cheaper- but then I have to worry about the hassle with returning it and then I wouldn't be able to have a drink at dinner time since I would have to drive- to me I would rather pay some one to escort me around and not have to worry about it! We went last yr for the first time ever and we stayed off site and rented a car- I drove since I know the area (use to be a over the road truck driver and we had a terminal in Sandford, FL, so I would get down there several times!) But my husband got to drink around the world and I couldn't. So it was fun but it will be nice to have a drink if I want one and not have to worry.:rolleyes1
