This is our first trip. We are staying at WDW but want to go to SW. Is there a site or anything that tells the ins/outs of SW?

Are there certains days that are better than others to visit? We're going to be there Feb 18-24 and March 16-23. We had thought about going on Sunday???? :wizard:

The only site I know of is the official Sea World site. We went on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and it wasn't too bad. I would guess that Sunday wouldn't be bad either. The park is so big that you don't really notice the crowd. Food prices are a bit higher there then WDW - I was a little surprised at that. Parking is $9 but I would spring for the preferred parking it really is a lot closer.
If you want to feed the dolphins do that first thing, it gets crowded really fast around the dolphin area. The best idea is have someone find and hold spots along the edge of the dolphin tank while someone else stands in line for the fish (dolphin food-about $5 per tray about 5 fish on the tray). I found that the shows were schedule oddly. You really have to walk pretty fast to get from one show to another.
Sea World is a really nice, clean park. I'm sure you'll have a great time!
If there is anything else I can answer let me know.

SW is a pretty straightforward park. besdide the SW site, you can probably get answers for your questions right here. as with all of the parks in the orlando area, weekdays are best. we usually do SW on a sunday, and have little problems. planning your day around the shows is the most important part. the park is big, and the showtimes are all over the place. but the animals can only do so many shows per day and need time between. knock out a dolphin feeding first thing, hit the rides if you want, and then fill up the rest of your day. it's a great park.

Does anyone know how much the preferred parking is?
