Hello, my window to book excursions opens in a week. We are traveling with another family. My friend and I were looking at the excursions for the Dolphin encounters and wondered about the timing of the whole thing and how we make sure we get our kids into the same group.
1. Can one family book excursions for another even though we have separate reservations?
2. Does anyone have a recommendation for Cozumel of Dolpharis or going to Chakanaab. Or another dolphin excursion they would recommend.

Thank!

You might want to consider linking your reservations together. That way way either family can book an excursion for everyone in both groups. To link them, you would need to know the other party's reservation number and the date of birth of the person who booked the reservation.

Thanks if they are linked then would it be possible for one person to book the excursions for people in both parties?

Yes, I did this for my upcoming cruise. My wife and I are on one reservation and her daughter's family are on the other reservation. Since the reservations's were linked, I was able to book excursions for everyone in both staterooms.

As long as both rooms have the same booking window, yes, you can book anyone on a linked reservation also.
