1st time at wdw... need some answers...

This board has already been so helpful to me in planning our upcoming trip to WDW. This is my first time going as an adult. I am going with dh and my four dd. We are not staying on site, so my first question is: Can we still use the mouseboats even though we are not staying in WDW? My other question is: how early do you have to leave the park in order to make it to O'Hanas for a 5:10 ps? We will be at MK on that day. Only one week from today we will be there!!!

Yes.

You'll need to be at the Poly by 5pm to check in at the restaurant, so I'd leave around 4:15pm.

Yes, anyone can rent the mouseboats.

And, if you're leaving from the Magic Kingdom, plan on walking out of the gate by 4:30, just to be safe.

You have two options: take the monorail, or the BOAT to the Poly.

If it's a pretty day, take the boat. It will stop first at the Grand Floridian, then continue on to the Poly. It should get you there in 20 minutes or so.
