1st time at Sea World w Toddler

Planning a trip to Daytona for May/June 2010 going to drive to Orlando for Sea World....just wondering if Sea World is like Disney where they just trust that you are telling the truth if your child is under 3....My DD will be 31/2 when we go but she is very small....not so much curious about parks but like Dine with Shamu.....do I have to buy her a ticket for that or could she just eat off our plates.....I know she would never eat enough to pay for her meal seperate???

When we were there when my grandson was over 3.He was in the stroller just pushed him right in. Nobody asked a thing. Did the same thing at Universal. I think it is insane that they charge for kids that young.
