Animal Kingdom would be great - I am sure your boys would have a blast with all the animals.

My vote is for AK too. My dd was 4 when we went to MGM. While I loved the Rockin' Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror, there wasn't as much for her to do.

Have a great time.

I think AK would be perfect. My kids like MGM better, so we do AK first so that they would have MGM to look forward to.

AK is a good park for boys because there is a lot to explore if you are willing to take the time. My boys are now 5,5 and 7 and we went to AK when they were 2, 2, and 4 and they really enjoyed it. MGM is also a good park and my boys enjoy it, but they really don't mind sitting and watching shows either. We have seen most of the shows twice, so we will only do this one for part of a day on the next trip. We skipped AK last time because it was too darn hot and humid for us in June, but that will be our first park this time.

Not to be a dissenter, but for us the trip has not started until we see the castle. In fact on our trip this past October, DS2 didn't understand until later in the trip that we were still at WDW unless we were in MK!

Our first trip was with DD7 and DS5 MK was the place to be. ::MickeyMo

we are the same way. Every year we get in and take the first few days sitting by the pool and enjoying the warm air and sunshine. First trip is to MK.
My kids like MGM but isn't their favorite. (they are 10 and 7)

If you have to chose between AK and MGM definitely do AK.
