Since Easter is in April next year. What can I expect for crowds if I am going
March 17-24th ? Would going one week earlier or later make much of a difference ?
Thanks for any input !!!!

I was originally thinking about that week because my youngest dd will turn 5 that week..... But i've heard it's normally pretty crowded, even without easter being in March. I guess that's a BIG Spring break time. Touringplans has up crowd levels for that week as 7, 8's and 9's. so pretty crowded, but i'm sure with planning you can make it work.
We just switched our plans to April 25-May 2.

I will be going March 14th-21st in 2009, and I anticipate a good sized crowd. That week and the following week are spring break weeks for most school systems that I know of here in Texas, and in other parts of the country as well.

But since I'm a teacher and 2 of my 3 kids will be in elementary school next year, I don't have many options other than the summer or Christmas!

Thanks for the info. We live in the Northeast where our Sping breaks are usually in April but it's good to know. My husband is set on seeing the Braves during their Spring training and I want warm weather so March seemed to work for us other than the crowds. How about one of the first 2 weeks of March ? Any better ?
