1st Birthday Design

Hello All,
My niece will be turning 1 later this week and next week is her Minnie birthday party! My sister-in-law ordered the cutest Minnie tutu offline from Etsy. She asked me today if I could get a design for her to make my niece's shirt to go with it. I have looked on different pages and threads and cannot find exactly what she wants.

She wants a black mickey head with the Minnie bow on it and the name Bella underneath it. I believe she wants the Bella name in Disney font as well. Also one last thing was she couldn't decide if she wanted a 1 or not in the Mickey head, so possibly 1 with and 1 without?
