1hr early opening?

Hi,

Just returned sat from WDW and I have a question. We went to the early hr opening of Magic kingdom. The gates opened at 8:00 but we went to go to adventureland and they had people waiting until 9:00 to open. Kind of the same thing at MGM. Pard opened at 9:00 but shows didn't start until 10:00 or 9:50. What is the point of getting there early. If anyone wants to know none of the parks where really that crowded.

Not all attractions in the parks open early on magic mornings (you should have gotten the list in the World Update at check in at the hotel)... Here is the list of attractions that are avalaible for Magic Mornings.

Magic Kingdom:
Astro Orbiter, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Cinderella's Carrousel, Dumbo, Mad Tea Party, Main Street vehicles, Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan, Snow White's Scary Adventures, Space Mountain, Tomorrowland Indy Speedway, Tomorrowland Transit Authority

Epcot:
Mission: SPACE, Spaceship Earth, Test Track, Universe of Energy

Disney-MGM Studios:
Jim Henson's Muppet*Vision 3-D, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, Star Tours, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror

Disney's Animal Kingdom :
Discovery Island Trails, It's Tough to be a Bug!, Kilimanjaro Safaris
Pangani Forest Exploration Trail, The Tree of Life
