1BR Villas that sleep 5??

Are there any 1BR Villas that sleep 5.

We want to rent points and have 3 children between ages 8-5. I know they will sleep comfortably in the 1BR, but is that legal?

Legal? No. Do people do it? Yes. If you youngest was under 3, it would be legal because of the pack-N-play.

They won't do bed checks, but I imagine it would be a problem putting the tickets and your dining plan on your room card for each person. They may let you get away with it, but it is technically against DVC policy.

Actually they will allow for 5 people without one being a baby in some of the Animal Kingdom one bedrooms and in the Contemporary one bedrooms....not the other DVC resorts.

The 1BR at BLT has a legal occupancy of 5 since it has the sofa bed and sleeper chair in the living room.

Most of the 1BR at AKV will also legally sleep 5. The only one's that don't are the value category 1BR's since they do not have the sleeper chair.
